We’re a funder with a co-operative difference. We care deeply about how our funding can empower people and we trust our partners to do what matters most. As well as being a member of the Funders for Racial Equity Alliance, we’ve made a series of commitments to being a better funder.

Open and trusting grant making

We've joined a community of flexible funders committed to open and trusting grant making, coordinated by the Institute for Voluntary Action Research (IVAR).

 

How we fund

We provide flexible and unrestricted funding to people working to build the fairer, more co-operative communities of the future imagined by young people.

 

Funder Commitment on Climate Change

We’re taking responsibility to be a more climate-focussed funder by signing the Association of Charitable Foundation (ACF)’s Funder Commitment on Climate Change (FCCC).
